How a visit works
Tell us the town and the job
Your town or nearest landmark, the kind of place (home, shop, villa, factory) and what you need: new extinguishers, a refill, a check, training or a site visit.
Send what is on the label
If you already have extinguishers, send the type and size printed on each label, and the date on the service label if there is one. A WhatsApp photo of the label is enough.
Get the price first
We tell you what fits and what it costs before any work starts. Prices we have confirmed are on the prices page.
Agree a time
We agree a day and time with you. Site visits, installation, servicing checks and training take place at your premises; for refills, we tell you how it works for your town when we give you the price.
Helpful to have ready
- Where you are: your address with a landmark, or a location pin sent on WhatsApp.
- For refills: how many need refilling, and whether any have been used, even partly. A used extinguisher needs a refill even if it still looks full. More about refilling

Close to the sea?
Much of our area is coastline, from Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna to Weligama and Tangalle. Humid, salty air is hard on metal, so as general advice it is worth looking at extinguishers near the sea more often: the pressure gauge (if there is one), the pin and seal, and the body for rust.
